Outbound Calls Fault

This applies if you are still receiving calls but can’t make outgoing calls.

Before ringing 0845 676 0616 it is helpful if you precede the number you are dialling with 1280

 If the call connects please make at least 3 test calls without the 1280 noting:

 The time / the dialled number / the number you are dialling from

  Please then ring 0207 331 9081 and note the message you hear

  And please ring 01777 771 799 and note the message you hear

  And ring us (0845 676 0616)
